This Agreement is entered and made this _____ day of _________________, 20___, by and between the Wilson County Register of Deeds, Wilson County, Tennessee, hereafter referred to as "Register" and _____________________________, hereafter referred to as "User".

The parties agree to the following:

User shall have access (inquiry only) to the recorded documents (which have been indexed and imaged) of the Wilson County Register of Deeds, seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. The web site is provided as a service of the Register's office and the Register's office will not be responsible for connect time, expressly or implied, that may be affected by power failures, phone service, or other mechanical or electrical devices.

User is allowed a 14 day free demonstration period. If User does not wish to continue the service, the user name and password will be deactivated automatically. User must notify the Register of Deeds if they wish to continue the monthly service. Upon notifying the Register of Deeds, User agrees to compensate the Wilson County Register of Deeds office the initial setup fee of $10.00 and the first months access fee of $25.00, a total of $35.00, in advance of authorizing access and $25.00 per month thereafter. User may apply for up to five (5) passwords at the current monthly rate. The account will be billed on a monthly basis and the terms of payment will be balance due 30 days from date of invoice. These fees are subject to change with the Register's office giving thirty (30) days notice to users. This notice may be given by e-mail or regular mail. The Register reserves the right to deny access to any user who fails to pay the monthly fee within the stated terms.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Wilson County and the Register of Deeds disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Wilson County and the Register of Deeds do not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Wilson County and the Register of Deeds do not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results there from of the materials in this site as to their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.

You, the user, assume the entire cost of all servicing, repair or correction as a result of your use of any information or data from this site. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Wilson County and the Register of Deeds be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the information or data in this site.

User agrees to abide by all regulations of the Wilson County Register of Deeds and abide by Tennessee state laws that regulate this office. The records contained in the database are public record as stated in Tennessee state law. Under Tennessee state law (T.C.A. 39-16-504) it is unlawful for any person to destroy, tamper or fabricate a governmental record. Violation of this law is a Class A misdemeanor. The Register reserves the right to deny access to any user who misuses or causes damage to the system. By using this site, you agree to the terms of use set forth above.
